Harvest Internatinal is now hiring for Regional Sales Managers.

Over the years Harvest International has established itself as a mover & shaker within the planter market through our tenacity in building custom configured planters through partnerships with our dealers and other industry leaders. The dynamic nature of our planter configurations requires a steep learning curve to build a deep understanding of our product catalog and capabilities to provide guidance & insight to our dealers & customer base. Every member of our team has the potential to bring unique perspectives and solutions with a voice that will be heard & valued as we seek team members who will continue to help bring Harvest International to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

□ Dealer training on products, promotions, etc.

□ Building relationships and fostering good rapport with dealers.

□ Preparing, organizing display, and working booth at tradeshows or dealer events.

□ Preparing in-depth quotations and following up inquiries.

□ Managing & developing 30-60 dealer accounts.

□ Establish & train new dealers.

□ Provide additional levels of dealer support during busier seasons.

□ Travel to visit dealers within specific region and to attend tradeshows will be required.

  • Travel can range from 25-75% depending on season

□ Good communication is key - must be accessible and quick to follow up on all dealer / customer communication.

Experience:

• Experience in Agriculture or Precision Ag sales and/or service is strongly preferred.

• An aptitude for learning, development of technical skills, conflict resolution, and self-motivation are valued attributes.
